Booked a room with a view.

When I got there I didn't expect all the amenities (microwave, refrigerator, iron/ironing board & tv). Because of the reviews I had read, I expected some noise both inside and outside the hotel. It was very quiet. My room was near the Eaglegate College Nursing signage. I didn't expect the room to be as immaculate as it was (reviews I had read). The bathroom had running water (hot/cold). The staff was great! This was my first time traveling to the area and I was given the name of a couple of cab companies that drop off & pick up at that hotel (Road Runner Taxi & A2B). I ended up going with A2B cab company because RR was not reachable. I kept getting their voicemail. A2B staff was able to pick me up as soon as I called. I would go back to this Comfort Inn on my next visit.

Good location close to Interstate 15. The staff was really good, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, with helpful and respectful service throughout my stay. The bed in the Standard King Room was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing as it ran out quickly, and the room showed signs of being dated but was well-maintained overall.

The bed was a little too firm but we did sleep well. We didn't really need to have our bed covers tucked in every day, but that was okay.

Our entry key did not work about half the time and we had to use the front entrance. We watched 2 movies and didn't know the name of them because of the cable service. We like DISH because it tells us what is on each channel.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly . The room was spacious and clean providing a comfortable environment for our family. We appreciated the convenient location close to several attractions where we could easily explore the area.

We had to wait in line for nearly 20 minutes to complete check-in which was quite frustrating considering we arrived tired after our journey.

My room did not get stocked or cleaned some of our stuff did not work in our room

Close to local sites, comfortable beds, microwave, fridge...

Smelly, not very sound proof, housekeeping constantly knocking in the mornings...

The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with fresh fruit and all sorts of pastries, my kids loved it.

The furniture was beautiful with mahogany look wardrobe, not hooks and rod on a wall. The staff was really welcoming and helpful.

Getting to the room. I was the very last room in a far away hall that seemed to go on forever. I have walking issues and this was somewhat difficult.

The hotel wassuper clean and cozy, and we loved having breakfast options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We did face some issues with the WiFi, pretty sketchy .
